President & Honorary Chief – Mr. Michael Dixon of Dublin
Michael lives in Blackrock, Dublin with his wife and family and is retired from Aer Lingus. A keen genealogist, Michael has maintained the rich Dixon archive which was handed down from his father and in turn from the latter’s grandfather Michael Dixon. Michael continues to research and document the ancient Dixon history for future generations.

Vice President (Tainiste) – Mr. Donal Dixon of Dublin
Donal lives in Dublin with his wife Carol and is a successful businessman living in the Castleknock area of the city. A graduate of the Dublin Institute of Technology, Donal is an active golfer and wehn not keeping the helm of one of is five companies, can be found on the fairways of the K-Club in County Kildare.
Administrator – Mr. Derek Dixon-Byrne
Derek lives in Dublin where he works as the Coordinator of an addiction rehabilitation programme. He also lectures in Addiction Studies at NUI Maynooth where he is researching a Doctorate in Higher and Adult Eduction. Derek is also a journalist (The Irish Times) and as a keen historian is President of Finte O’Broin and The Napoleon Society of Ireland. Derek traces his Byrne ancestry back to Cahir, last Chief of the Downes and is the Clan O’Byrne Guardian of that name.

Genealogist – Mr. Edward Dixon-Byrne
Edward lives in Dublin with his wife Antonette and as a grandfather himself is keen to pass on his rich Dixon and Byrne family history to his descendants. Currently, Edward works in the transport industry delivering commercial goods in and around the Dixon heartland of Meath. A avid genealogist, Edward plans to make this his professional career in the near future.

Nichola lives in Dublin with her husband and two sons. She is the daughter of Donal and currently works in Marketing.
OVERSEAS REPRESENTATIVES
USA & MEXICO – Mr. Glenn Dixon. Glenn is originally from Texas in the US but has lived in Mexico with his wife for the last couple of years. Actively involved in the history of the Dixons for almost twenty years, Glenn has taken part in the administration of the Dixon DNA project and is a very welcome addition to our team. SOUTH AFRICA – Miss Sugnet Dixon. Sugnet lives in Secunda with over 50 members of her extended family brining a welcome boost to our international membership. Sugnet’s family originate from Wicklow in Ireland.
